Read a conversation transcript

The transcript is the messages. The report is what TextWork wrote from them. Read a report covers the report.

Open the preview

On the dashboard, click a person.
In their timeline, click the conversation row. It shows a short summary, or a message count, and the time.
The row opens a preview of the messages, theirs and the assistant's.

If the thread is longer than the preview, the bottom of the preview says how many more messages there are. Choose view full conversation.

The full page is the whole thread. The day stays marked as you scroll. Photos and files sent in the thread are in the transcript.

A call in the timeline opens the same way. Hover the call and choose Open transcript. If the transcript is still being written, the page says so.

The reply box is at the bottom of the full transcript.
