Zillow

Zillow Rentals sends a lead when someone asks about a listing. TextWork texts the phone number on that lead and runs the script you picked.

This is rental inquiries, not job applications. Hiring from an applicant tracking system is on Zoho Recruit and SmartRecruiters. A job posted on Indeed itself is on Indeed.

Turn it on

1. Open Company Settings, then Integrations, then Zillow.
2. Choose the script and activate. TextWork shows a webhook URL and a security token.
3. Email both to [email protected]. Ask them to deliver leads to that URL, and to send the token as a static security header.

What starts

A lead with a phone number starts the script. A lead with no phone number is saved, and nobody is texted. The same lead arriving twice is skipped.

The script can use [lead_name], [lead_email], and [listing_address]. On the Zillow card, recent leads show the other fields Zillow sent. Turn a field on and the next lead includes it.
