TextWork is an AI-powered workforce reporting and data collection platform designed for businesses managing mobile workforces, field services, and property maintenance. The service allows employees to submit reports via text message (SMS) to an AI assistant, which then generates smart summaries and analytics for employers.
To use TextWork, you must create an account and provide accurate information, including your name, email address, phone number, and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
By subscribing to TextWork, you agree to pay any applicable subscription fees. You also agree to ensure that any employees or team members who use the service on your behalf comply with these terms.
TextWork operates on a subscription-based model. After signing up, you will be billed according to the pricing plan you selected. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
