Read a report

A report is what TextWork saved when a conversation finished. The written page comes from the report template on the script.

The date range at the top of the dashboard, and any filters you have on, decide which reports you see. Filter your data covers the filters.

Open a report

  1. On the dashboard, click a person.
  2. In their timeline, find the report row. It shows their name, the report template, a short summary, and the time.
  3. Click the row. The written report opens under it.

Click the row again to close it.

A dimmed row marked superseded is an older copy. A newer report replaced it. An Amendment badge means this report updates an earlier one.

Send the report

On an open report, choose Send by Email to mail it. If that conversation came in by email, the button says Reply by Email.

What you are reading

The report is the structured result. The messages it came from are the transcript.
