I'm Brian, the creator of TextWork. I've built systems that saved businesses 10,000+ hours, then hit the same problems running my own.
I learned that responding quickly is a cheat code. But most tools don't cover after hours and on weekends.
ATS, CRM, HCM… they organize everything, but do any of them actually get work done without someone behind a desk?
So I built TextWork for 3 reasons:
- 1. Answer every applicant the moment they text, even when I can’t.
- 2. Ask the same qualifying questions every time.
- 3. Line up interviews and meet good people sooner.
