Indeed emails you when someone applies to a job you posted there. Forward that email to the address on the Indeed card, and TextWork texts the applicant.
Add a screener question that asks for a phone number, so the number is in the email. Pick the script, and that is the conversation that starts.
An application with no phone number is saved, and nobody is texted. Someone already in a conversation gets the new application added to that thread.
