# Share the dashboard

A public dashboard is a read-only link. Anyone with it can see your charts without logging in.

Open Company Settings and choose Public Sharing. You can also open it from Pages, then New Page, then Public dashboard.

## Turn the link on

Turn on Public Dashboard Sharing. TextWork fills in Public Share Link.

Choose Copy to copy the link. The eye button opens it in a new tab so you can see what a visitor sees.

Regenerate Link makes a new URL. The old link stops working. Use that when a link has been passed around further than you wanted.

## What a visitor sees

The public page includes:

- Report trends and analytics charts
- Template distribution
- Geographic distribution, aggregated
- The date range selector

It hides team management, data export, and filters.

Allow viewers to expand items is off to start. Leave it off when reports may contain sensitive details. Turn it on to let anyone with the link open a report or conversation row and read the full content. Admin actions, such as delete and regenerate, stay hidden either way.
